Without confidence your hair will never look good. Don’t get me wrong, a great hairstyle can truly boost your confidence but there has to have been some in the first place to begin with.

Welcome to another entry for the festive season and on the topic of festivities; confidence and good vibes are on my Christmas list. How about yours? Great hair and even better hairstyles right?

For your hairstyles to be great you need to first feel great about yourself, about you. Having little to no confidence will cause you to wear any outfit, accessory or hairstyle in the worst, most unimpressive way possible. Picture this: you have just left your hairstylist’s or barber’s chair; you go home and get dressed in the best suit or dress in your closet, the classiest, most fashionable shoes; top it off with your favorite perfume/cologne and right before you step out the door you grab a dusty, wornout raincoat and throw it on over your head. Why would you do that?

Well that is exactly what it’s like when you have no confidence in who you are, that self-doubt and uncertainty will dampen your boldness and cause you to walk with your head down both figuratively and literally. And who can see your hairstyle when your head is down? Nobody, not even you.

To truly pull off any look, you have to know who you are, be sure about that person and stand strong and sure in her/him. With a foundation like that, you will rock the shortest to the longest, the darkest to the lightest, curliest to the straightest, simplest to the flashiest hairstyle with the most poise and self-assurance ever.

Without it, you’ll look like someone just dropped something on your head, out of place and uncomplimentary.

So just own your confidence and you’ll own any look like the boss you are. You are royalty and you deserve to feel like such.
